Furrow Chair

The Furrow Chair was designed to embody the sharp, pragmatic forms often associated with agricultural machinery.

Constructed from 6mm laser-cut & folded aluminium, the boards are assembled to each side of the chair with 8 x M6 Countersunk bolts.

The simplicity of this chair reflects a distinctly utilitarian aesthetic rooted in "agricultural design."

Its structure is fully flat-packable and can be disassembled with ease, making it an engaging and accessible assembly project—particularly suited for children. The backrest takes advantage of the natural flexibility of the 6mm aluminium, offering adaptive, responsive support that conforms to the sitter’s back for enhanced comfort.
